I agree to participate in the Congregation Shaarei Kodesh (CSK) Garage Sale on Sunday, November 9, 2025 in the back parking lot. I agree to pay CSK a non-refundable table rental fee of $36 per parking spot.

I am responsible for bringing my own TABLE, receipt book, signs, etc. I understand customers will purchase directly from me and that I will NOT be responsible for giving CSK any money related to my total sale of the day. I understand it is up to my discretion if I want to make an additional donation of a percentage of my sales back to CSK.

I understand that I am permitted to arrive at CSK for set up at 8:00 AM. I am aware that the garage sale will begin at 9 AM and last until approximately 12:00 PM.

I understand that I am responsible for the security of my merchandise and that CSK is in no way liable for any loss that may incur. In addition, CSK is not responsible for the amount of business that I will conduct during the event.
