Each Raffle Card contains 1 Door Prize ticket and 25 regular tickets. Each regular ticket can be used to bid on either raffle prizes or songs with Howl at the Moon Dueling Pianos.

IF YOUR SPONSORSHIP INCLUDES TICKETS, PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT THE NUMBER OF TICKETS ABOVE OR YOU WILL BE DOUBLE CHARGED. PLEASE JUST ADD THE NAMES OF THOSE ATTENDING:
Builders: $1,800 includes 10 tickets, full-page ad
Framers: $1,200 includes 6 tickets, full-page ad
Foundation: $540 includes 2 tickets, a full-page ad
Bar: $500
Entertainment: $500
